I would like to start by stating what is Socio-technical system – which is a useful group of related components working as a team to achieve a common goal. Which may include software or hardware as well as it is mechanical or electrical? You can use CTU online as a socio-technical system. You have many users interacting with the system at the same time. A Socio-technical system can be owned and use by a company. Finally, the properties of the system can be complex due to the behavior and component that are intermingled.
In the paper, the author comments on technology in the classroom. In terms of digital artifact playing a role with the interest of students with their quality of   learning in the educational environments. In this paper this paper the author report on the qualitative research method that was used to point out the specific questions that was use in such as How can new technology can be introducing in school in a way it makes sense to students. Could it happen because of the idea of  having more scenario that is intergraded into the learning environment? Actually, the study took place in the city of Campinas public school system of the of country Brazil. Where in rolled were more than 500 students? Where the data was collect from the participant workshop informal interview and questionnaire research. Whereas with the results, it was discovered that hat you could have used both a formal and informal learning practice for a meaningful learning by using an XO educational laptop. So the activity will have the teachers and students realize that the user technology can be reproduce by their own feeling value and cultures. So the discussion is conducted toward new a learning practice by technology and rules of the concept of the affectability with the educational technology. It is a rule of thumb that what is regarded as formal learning happen inside of four walls which are considered some form of school or education building. While informal learning will be considered outside of the four walls. (Dettori & Torsani, 2013). Another comparison between formal and non-formal learning has to do with the control learner over the learning situation. (Hayashi & Baranauskas, 2013)
