Think Tank methods
1). The Think Tank model has to do with the “one Roof “Model- Is the first model I would like to discuss. The idea is that a group can gather in one place in one, in one build, under one roof. That way there can be some immediate interaction with communication done face to face. Prior to this method of a one roof approach think tank member only communicated through telephone and written correspondence, the one roof method is a good method to be used only when an immediate communication needs to facilitate a heightened thought process,
2). The Think Tank model has to do with the “Without Walls”. Does not have the same ideas has he think tank one roof method. Think tank without does not move back with technology it has to use the internet as a means of communication through email and the internet.  In 2009, the think tank without wall and company used the think tank without wall because it did have the funding that the one roof method had during that time. Most of the time cost like computer and utilities are not paid by the think tank in that method and with the think tank money is paid with research.
Way to foster innovation
1)    Alone think -  Do you truly take the time to stop and think. Many people are so busy they are just reacting to whatever comes up such as text, emails, phone call and voicemail that they do not have any time to think. One suggestion will be to take time for yourself each day just to reflect and allow your listen to your inner voice. Exercising always helps.
2)    Together Think-  thinking together is a form of brainstorming. When a group of people comes together for one common goal and bounce ideas off each other
3)    Take a risk-  When a person will take a chance. One say is that a person that never fails never tried. Each time you fail brings you closer to success. And always follow your heart. And the one is great is that “They dream big and surprise people who are are afraid of their on shadow”
4)    Be Curious – You have to have an open mind in respect to ideas from other. Have to listen to people with ideas
5)    Encourage controversy- Open minded people will speak their minds no matter how harsh the words
6)    Rewards o Thinkers- sometimes is good to give a person with a good idea a pat on the back
